I cannot rave enough about the gorgeous arrangement that I had sent to my Aunt for her 80th birthday from James Cress. I told them my budget and left the type of arrangement up to them, and they did not disappoint. Rarely have I sent flowers to someone that I felt looked worth the money, but this arrangement absolutely did. They were also super speedy from order to delivery Thank you so much!

Barbara & Dawn were such lovely people to work with they made everything so easy and simple for our wedding day 4/19/25. They show you 1 sample centerpiece and if you don’t like it or if it’s not your vision they go over everything with you to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. Very reasonably priced compared to other local florists and our flowers were exactly what I envisioned them to look like. -Angelica Spagnuolo

10/10 would recommend! They took my vision and made it even better. I wanted simple flowers but still beautiful and that’s just what they did. I purchased my own centerpieces but they knew exactly what greenery I wanted. From the first meeting I felt comfortable with the company.

My husband and I used James Cress Florist for our September wedding. Barbara and Dawn were wonderful to work with! They were communicative, kind, and flexible throughout the whole process. We had a very small wedding and didn’t need as many florals as a larger event, and they were more than willing to work with us and accommodate our needs. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Our event planners commented on how smooth and nice the delivery and setup was as well. definitely recommend them for all your floral needs!

My Mother took this Gorgeous picture of her Birthday Flowers she received for her Birthday. I must say myself that your business did a Fantastic job in delivering a Gorgeous bouquet as well as putting a BIG SMILE on her face as she was unexpecting a delivery early. I reside in another state and needed a florist in Long Island, NY for a family member's wake. I found James Cress Florist from a Google search and looked at the reviews, which were great. The person I dealt with to place the order over the phone was very professional, courteous, and understanding. She even made a suggestion for a substitution of an item that was out of stock to be part of the floral arrangement. She also promptly sent me an email of the invoice. I received confirmation of the delivery on the scheduled day, which was before the time told to me. The service was very prompt. When I arrived at the funeral home and saw the floral arrangement, I was in awe over how beautiful it looked. They did a fantastic job and the price was very fair. I loved the arrangement and so did the family. They even knew about James Cress and said this business has been a family operated business in the area for many years and are very reliable and good. Thank you James Cress Florist for making a stressful and sad time much better for me because I did not have to worry about a thing with this order!!

The ordering procedure was easy... all details were completed correctly and efficiently When the funeral date was changed due to the blizzard, you changed our order without a problem. Need to give a shout out to the owner James for incredible customer service- and beautiful flowers! This week I ordered my college best friend a floral arrangement for her 40th birthday. I live in Boston and found James Cress Florist on DoorDash and ordered directly through the app. The flowers were delivered in a few hours and after my friend sent me a picture, I thought they looked a little different from the photo. I called the shop and spoke to James directly about the issue. He knew off the bat what the issue was - he told me he reviews/approves all arrangements before they head out the door and the DoorDash driver came in and grabbed the flowers before he had a chance to (as you can imagine, its a busy time of year). He looked at the photo and agreed that the arrangement wasn't what I ordered, apologized for the inconvenience and told me a new arrangement would be heading out soon to my friend for her birthady. I could tell in James' voice that he was sincerely sorry about this and how much pride he takes in his arrangements, his store and his customers. The new arrangement arrived at my best friends house within a few hours and it was perfect! Amazing customer service and gorgeous, beautiful arrangements. Support this small business and you will not be disapointed! The craftmanship of their arrangements and pride in their work is unmatched and something you would never get by calling a toll free number to order flowers ;) Thank you again, James! You helped make her 40th an even more beautiful day!

Dropped into James Cress this weekend and got the most beautiful arrangement for my mom. They have such a variety of options for all price points, and they’re all fresh, beautiful flowers. Their floral designers are talented and the customer service is unmatched. I’m using them for an upcoming event and can’t wait to see what they create for me! Highly recommend!!!
